This Greek Yogurt Ranch Dressing is a high-protein twist on the classic, made with creamy Greek yogurt instead of mayo and sour cream.
It’s incredibly easy to whip up and perfect as a dip or salad dressing—with all the flavor of traditional buttermilk ranch.
Oh, and there's absolutely no oil needed in this recipe! (So why is it your first ingredient, Hidden Valley?)

Tips for Making Homemade Ranch:
- Use full-fat Greek yogurt for a creamy texture and rich flavor. If you're worried about fats, no need. This recipe has no oil in it whatsoever, so you can afford full-fat Greek yogurt!
- Thin with milk or buttermilk to get the consistency you want—thicker for dips, thinner for salad dressing.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to deepen.
- Blend the ingredients together for a smooth Ranch. It also infuses the dried herbs into the dressing. However, if you use fresh herbs, it's better to chop and stir them in. If you blend fresh herbs, it will turn the dressing green.

Greek Yogurt Ranch Dressing Recipe:
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth.

Equipment
You only need basic tools to make Greek Yogurt Ranch. I recommend:
- A mason jar
- Silicone spatulas
- A blender or a food processor

How to Store Greek Yogurt Ranch Dressing:
You can store this healthy ranch dressing in a mason jar in the refrigerator for one week, up to a week and a half.
If using fresh herbs, the ranch won't last quite as long. In this case, it's best to use within 2 to 3 days.
